Ginisang Gulay (Sauteed Vegetables)

Ingredients

  • 2c Green beans (Cut into small pieces)
  • 1c Carrots (diced)
  • 1/2lb Chicken
  • 1 Onion (small)
  • 2cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tomato (small)
  • 1c Water
  • 1tsp Oil
  • 2tsp Oyster Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Dash of Pepper

Procedure

  1. Saute garlic, onion, and tomato.
  2. Add chicken and oyster sauce.
  3. Cook until chicken is done.
  4. Add green beans and carrots, water, pepper, and salt.
  5. Cook until vegetable is done.
  6. Serve hot over rice.
